I have a source for several Taranta surnames that don't appear yet in your list.
First, our family name is Di Iulio, which was Americanized to Di Julio at Ellis Island.  My grandfather arrived in America in Nov. 1901.  Later, his wife, Filomena Rossi, came from Taranta to join him.  His first cousin John Di Iulio, had arrived three years earlier.  Both settled in the mining town of Black Diamond, WA.  Many of their descendants still make their home today in the Seattle metropolitan area.  Very extensive genealogical work on the Di Iulio, Rossi and related families has been done by my cousin Florence Di Julio of Bellingham, WA.
My father passed down to me a copy of an article on Taranta Peligna, written by Francesco Verlengia and translated by Guido P. Merlino of the Seattle Merlinos.  The article is entitled "Taranta Peligna e la chiesa di San Biagio".  Attached to the end of the article are some comments by the translator Mr. Merlino, as follows:
In 1964 while on a visit to Taranta I was fortunate to come across and inspect a book of church records, recovered from the church of San Nicola, while renovation work was going on.  The book contained the enumeration and names of families residing in Taranta in the year 1884.  Following are the family names listed according to the number of families in each group, a total of 316 "fuochi" .... approximately 1,600 souls.

Merlino-32,  Madonna -23, Donato-18, Di Nardo-18, Moschetta-16, Di Tommaso-13, Del Duca-11, Natale -11, Recchione-9, Di Lauro-8, Canzano-7, Colarelli-7, Del Pizzo-7, Falciglia-7, Ciavarra-6, DiIorio-6, Di Santo-6, Mancini- 6, Santarelli-6, DiRito-5, Lippis- 5, Ricchiuti-5, Santilli-5, Cipollone-4, Rossi- 4, Tella- 4, Crescenzo- 3, DiIulio 3, Fenelli-3, Macinelli- 3, Mella-3, Iummalillo-3, Profeta- 3, Fratangelo-2, Gatti- 2, Piccone-2, Martinelli- 2, Rosato- 2, Rossetti-2,  Simeonibus-2, Vanni- 2, Recchia-2, DiIenno-1, Di Marco- 1, Dishman- 1, Gerolamo- 1, Lanza- 1, Marrama- 1, Olivelli-1.

MASCITELLI
Jacilyn Mascitelli
Jacilyn@HOGUESF.com
So far I think I have found a Giuseppe, Biago, Pasquale and Alfonso Mascitelli that came to the US from Taranta Peligna. They traveled separately with Giuseppe arriving in 1903, Alfonso arriving in 1898 or 89, Biago arriving in 1911 and Pasquale arriving in 1906. Records for Biago & Alfonso both mention their father's name to be Giovanni Mascitelli.
Any information you might have would be very helpful.

My family surnames from Taranta Peligna.

MERLINO, TIBERIO, LUONGO
Eric Merlino
Eric.Merlino@DrexelMed.edu
My great grand father, whose name was Ferdinando Merlino (born 1896 in Italy), abandoned on the doorstep of a farming family named Tiberio (Americanized to Teaberry when relatives of the Tiberio family came to America) in Taranta Peligna. Supposedly, he was abandoned because he was born out of wedlock as the product of an affair between a married man of some standing in a nearby community (possibly a pharmacist and “mayor”) and a woman not his wife. The location of this community is unknown but family legend relates that he was abandoned to a convent who placed him with the Tiberios, who had another biological child who was still nursing at the time.  He was raised by this family until about age 15 or 16 until he emmigrated to the US to Philadelphia in 1912 and was naturalized in 1919 according to the 1920 census. He did not know his true birthday and took June 14 (Flag Day) when he arrived at customs.  He moved to Schuylkill County Pennsylvania where he lived the rest of his life.

RECCHIONE / DI IORIO / MERLINO / SANTARELLI
Lisa Recchione
erecchione@tampabay.rr.com
My father was born in Taranta Peligna in 1920. His name is Domenico Recchione, son of Michele Recchione and Elisabetta Di Iorio. My grandfather was also related to the Merlino family. I have been to Taranta several times, the latest in 2002. The town has changed over the years and the population has decreased considerably. With the closing of the wool factory, much of the youth has had to leave to find work. Taranta is still abeautiful little town surrounded by mountains. Every year they still celebrate the Madonna del la Valle celebration with people coming from all over. I still have some Merlino and Santarelli relatives living there.

RECCHIONE / FALCIGLIA
Mike Llivreri
vegasmikeandbecky@earthlink.net
am researching the names of Filippo Recchione, born 1774 in Taranta Peligna.  He was married to Lucia Porreca.  He was the son of Biase Recchione of Taranta Peligna, and Domenica Falciglia.  Is the Recchione name originally from Taranta Peligna and not Campo di Giove?   Thanks.

Lora King
LOKISK@aol.com
My great grandparents, Antonio Santarelli (1882 -1972) and Cesaria Anna Pasquale(1888 - 1980) were both born in Taranta Peligna and died in Canon City Colorado.   Antonio was the son of Enrico SANTARELLI (son of Bernidine SANTARELLI and Albarose ?) and Concetta DI RITO.  Cesaria was the daughter of Giovanni PASQUALE (son of Angelo PASQUALE and Anna Marie CANZANA or DE SANTA) and Corinda or Colorinda DI NARDO (daughter of Carolo Lugi DI NARDO and Cesaria LIPPIS)
Note: Giovanni PASQUALE's brother, Nicolo PASQUALE and his wife Maria MARCIANTONIO had a son, Vincenzo PASQUALE.  Vincenzo PASQUALE married Genoveffa PASQUALE, Giovanni's daughter.
I do have quite a bit of information on the Pasquale family.
